Mr. Gaurav Arora, Advocate for the petitioners. SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing respondents No.4 to 7 not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P.5) within a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-SSP, SAS Nagar Mohali to look into the representation dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P.5) and decide the same in view of notification No.HOMEHM-40 40SECM/14/2025-2H4/63 dated 23.01.2025 issued by the Department of Home Affairs, Punjab, Government of Punjab (Home-4 Branch) within a period of three days from today.
