VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner, who appears in person, states that he has a reasonable apprehension that he will not get justice in the Court where his criminal cases are pending. He, however, gives up his claim as regards transfer of the execution petition. He states that he will avail remedies as shall be admissible in law as regards the same. 2.

I have considered the submissions made by the petitioner and have gone through the order dated 13.03.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jind. Though this Court does not find any illegality in the same and does not find the apprehensions expressed by the petitioner to be true and finds them to be mere apprehensions, keeping in view the fact that justice should not only be done, it also seen to be have been done, the cases referred to by the petitioner, i.e. (1) COMI-91-2024 titled "R.K. Jain YAG DUTT 2026.07.01 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M No.32235 of 2026 (O&M) -2Versus Rambir Khatkar; (2) CRM-89-2024 titled "R.K. Jain Versus Rambir Khatkar and (3) CHI-502-2019 titled "State Versus R.K. Jain", be transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
