(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State in compliance to the order passed by this Court on 6.7.2021 followed by the order dated 13.7.2021 has placed on record copy of the order dated 20.8.2021 passed by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade-cum-District Development & Panchayat Officer, Charkhi Dadri, respondent No.3. In the light of the said order which has been passed by the competent authority in pursuance to the proceedings initiated against the private respondents stand concluded and on that basis eviction orders have been passed and penalty has also been imposed.
