HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioners is that due to the fact that Alam son of petitioner No.1, Rashid son of petitioner No.2 and Yusuf son of petitioner No.3 are accused in FIR No.224 dated 19.06.2020 under Sections 302,120-B IPC registered at P.S Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh (Mewat) but the police is harassing the petitioners by frequently calling them to the Police Station without adhering to the mandatory provisions of law in the guise of inquiry.

It is stated that the petitioners are not aware of the whereabouts of the accused. The petitioners are ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the presence of the petitioners is required in connection with the investigation of any case, procedure as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C be strictly followed.
