RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this common order, I shall dispose of above-titled two petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing Kalandra No.22 dated 22.11.2010 under Sections 182, 193, 199, 211 and 120-B IPC pertaining to Police Station Ludhiana. Pursuant to order dated 24.08.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 10.09.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.127, dated 14.09.2018 duly forwarded by learned RAVINDER SINGH 2018.09.21 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide letter No.810/EC,

-2CRM-M-41551 of 2015 dated 15.09.2018.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is without any threat, pressure and coercion and out of their free will.

Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, dated 14.09.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid Kalandra No.22 dated 22.11.2010 is quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/- each in both the petitions, out of which `4,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court, `1,000/- with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and `5,000/- with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. Disposed of accordingly.

List on 22.10.2018, for production of receipt with regard to deposit of aforesaid costs.
