The learned Appellate Authority, while exercising its jurisdiction, has stayed the operation of the order passed by the Director, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab, by which respondent No.3-Manpreet Singh, the elected Sarpanch, was suspended. The appeal filed by respondent No.3-Manpreet Singh is still pending. It is apparent that the allegation against the respondent No.3 is that he was instrumental in getting the four trees cut and removed without passing any resolution.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere in exercise of the writ jurisdiction. 3.
