(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal complaint case bearing CIS No.NACT-733-2020, CNR No. HRSI030023182020, registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 titled as "Shri Ram Transport Finance Ltd. Vs. Santokh Singh" pending for hearing on 08.05.2023 in the Court Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sirsa. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Court below, whereby the bail order of the petitioner was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were forfeited. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
