The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25753-2025, whereby respondent was directed to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25753-2025, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 20.05.2026 has been passed by the Director General Secondary Education, Haryana. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. In view of the above, since order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25753-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
