H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of the FIR, which is still at the stage of investigation. In case the petitioner satisfies the Investigating Agency that he has not committed any offence, then he may not be challaned at all.

Therefore, the petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy of raising all these pleas before the Investigating Agency.
