(Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in private complaint No.Comi/67/2014 dated 02.09.2014 titled as Gian Singh vs Amrik Singh and others filed under Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC and Section (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 03.11.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. Counsel for the State as well as counsel for the complainant have not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 03.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
