The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to decide his complaint dated 19.11.2025 filed under Section 39(9) of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (for short 82012 Act9).

The petitioner claims that a complaint dated 05.07.2025 was filed before District Registrar alleging irregularities in the working of Ambedkar Educational Society. The District Registrar by order dated 25.09.2025 ordered to keep election process in abeyance. The petitioner filed representation before respondent claiming that President of the society has not complied with order dated 25.09.2025 passed by District Registrar. The President had filed action taken report on 03.10.2025 to which petitioner filed reply. CWP-10343-2026 -221.10.2025 claiming that action be taken as per order dated 25.09.2025. Respondent No.4 in connivance with other members conducted elections on 26.10.2025. He filed an application dated 27.10.2025 seeking initiation of contempt proceedings. He filed CWP No.33209 of 2025 before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.11.2025. He filed complaint dated 19.11.2025 under Section 39(9) of 2012 Act. He served reminder upon District Registrar but to no avail. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Hatinder Kadyan, District Registrar, Sonepat, submits that petitioner9s complaint under Section 39(9) of 2012 Act would be addressed within three weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
