MADAAN Present:- Mr. Kamaljit Singh Dhillon, Advocate for the petitioner. *** It is contended that marriage between complainant Neetu Kumari and son of petitioner Amit Sharma, who is a non resident Indian had taken place on 14.2.2015 and after few days of marriage the spouses had gone to U.S.A.. Unfortunately they developed differences there and as a pressure tactic the complainant came to India and lodged an F.I.R. against her husband and his family members including his mother-the petitioner and no offence against the petitioner is disclosed. Admittedly, the matter is still at the stage of investigation. The petitioner can bring all these facts to the notice of the investigating agency and if convinced the petitioner may not be challaned. As such the petitioner is relegated to the remedy to take all these pleas before the investigating agency. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
