(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuing directions to the official respondents to ensure the peaceful possession of Kuki Dhab Branch i.e. leased premises from respondent No.4 after completion of appropriate documentation, as respondent No.4 has shifted its Branch to somewhere else after registration of FIR No.94 dated 01.11.2025 registered under Sections 417, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Sections 318(2), 336, 336(3), 340 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023] at Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to them in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
