(Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record the letters/orders and submitted that on 01.05.2023 the Deputy Commissioner, Nuh has already issued a show cause notice to the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Siroli, Block Punhana, on the basis of the enquiry report dated 27.03.2023, submitted by the Sub-Divisional officer (Civil) Punhana, regarding the verification of the 8th class certificate of the Sarpanch wherein it is held that the said certificate is a fake certificate.

Counsel for the State submits that based on the show cause notice, the necessary action will be concluded within a period of 06 months from today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
