(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents not to harass and humiliate the petitioner in case FIR No.245 dated 21.09.2020 under Sections 302, 120-B, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959.

Learned State counsel, Mr. V.K. Gupta, AAG, Punjab on instructions from ASI Kewal Kishan, P.S. Sadar Jalandhar submits that neither the petitioner is required in aforementioned FIR by the investigating agency nor she is being harassed or humiliated by them except for carrying out inquiries about her son namely Jaskaran Singh who is the main accused in the aforementioned FIR. 3.

In view of aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Agency not to harass or humiliate the petitioner except for the purpose of calling upon her so as to provide any information about her SonTEJWINDER SINGH 2023.04.26 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
