He further argued that in compliance to the aforesaid order, he has already joined the investigation and fully cooperated. Therefore, interim bail granted in his favour may be confirmed. 5.

Status report is filed in which it is confirmed that petitioner joined investigation on 11.05.2024 but he did not get recovered mobile phone as well as weapon used in the crime. In view of this status report, present petitioner again joined the investigation and today learned State counsel on the instructions of Inspector Rajesh Thakur, Police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana confirmed that petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for any other purpose. Regarding mobile phone, it is clarified that it belonged to the wife of present petitioner.

Since petitioner has already joined the investigation, therefore, he is not required for any other purpose. He is still ready to abide by the terms and conditions of bail order, therefore, interim bail granted in favour of the petitioner vide orders dated 01.05.2024 and 22.08.2024 stands confirmed subject to the conditions detailed under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 7.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
