Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Santokh Singh, Police Station, Sri Hargobindpur Police District Batala, Gurdaspur, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the order dated 17.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
