(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 254 dated 09.06.2016, registered at Police Station Badshapur, Gurgaon, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 IPC. Learned State counsel at the very outset submits that the complainant has been examined by the trial Court on 27.02.2017 and he was declared hostile.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2016 Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the fact that the complainant has turned hostile, the present petition is allowed.
