Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.177 dated 31.08.2022, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City-2 Mansa, District Mansa. 2.

When this Court was not inclined to accept the bail of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the petition, at this stage.
