(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions has apprised the court that vide order dated 11.01.2023 the petitioner stands acquitted by the JMIC Ludhiana in case FIR No. 53 dated 16.03.2022 under Sections 323, 324 IPC registered at Police Station Jamalpur, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana which he is seeking to be quashed on the basis of compromise arrived at between him and respondent No.2.
