Learned counsel have placed reliance on order passed in CWP-89482020 titled as M/s Kanda Traders, main Kaccha Dosanjh Road, Moga & anr. vs. The Chairman, Market Committee, Moga, District Moga, Punjab & ors. decided on 30.06.2020 passed by First D.B. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State of Punjab undertakes to appear on behalf of the respondent-Mandi also and submits that decision on the issues raised in the petition in terms of Clause 29 of the Contract shall be taken by the authorities concerned in accordance with law expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab, the petition stands disposed of and the respondent-authorities are directed to decide the issues raised by the petitioner in terms of Clause 29 of the contract in accordance with law expeditiously."
