As per allegations on account of altercation on a Cricket field the accused party armed with weapons inflicted injuries. Petitioner-accused Sandeep Singh @ Seepa is attributed an injury with an iron rod.
Prayer in the instant petition is based on compromise between both the parties who belong to same village. It is also stated that based on the compromise dated RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.02.24 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
CRM-M 41643/2015 12.10.2015, this Court has already issued notice of motion in a petition filed for quashing of the FIR itself.
Learned State counsel and counsel for complainant do not deny the factum of compromise. Even challan has not been presented in view of the compromise between the parties.
In the aforesaid circumstances, interim bail granted vide order dated 9.12.2015 is made absolute.
