(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, PS Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. He also submits that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement which could not be controverted by counsel for the petitioner and the complainant. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.9.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan).
