This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of order dated 08.11.2024 passed in CRWP-10680-2024. 2.

A short affidavit of Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Amritsar has been filed by the learned counsel for the State in Court today. The learned counsel for the State has pointed out that Ajaypal Singh (respondent No.4 in CRWP-10680-2024) has since been arrested and the child - Tripatpal Singh (petitioner No.3 in CRWP-10680-2024) - has been handed over to the petitioners herein. The learned State counsel has further pointed out that it has also been stated in the affidavit that round-theclock security has been provided to the petitioners. The said affidavit is taken on record. The same be scanned and tagged by the Registry at the appropriate place.
