(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to take legal action against the accused in case FIR No. 134 dated 02.05.2016 under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Nissing. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 30.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 30.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
