ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.39 dated 29.03.2014 registered under Sections 307, 364, 342, 325, 295-A, 120-B, 148, 149 IPC and 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station B-Division, District Amritsar. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in pursuance to the order dated 07.11.2017, have already appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Satnam Singh, has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 07.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
