**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 56 dated 25.6.2011 under Sections 307/325/323/506/120-B/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sehna, District Barnala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after having been granted the concession of bail pending trial, petitioner had been regularly appearing before the learned trial court on each and every relevant date of hearing. However, he wrongly noted down the date of hearing as 7.11.2015 instead of 7.9.2015. This was the bonafide reason that petitioner could not appear before the learned trial court and his bail bonds were cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court and it may be directed to consider the AMIT KUMAR 2015.12.09 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
Criminal Misc. No. M- 41659 of 2015 bail application of the petitioner keeping in view all the attending circumstances which shall be brought to its notice, at the instance of the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the case of either of the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of 10 days from today and the learned trial court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner keeping in view all the attending circumstances which shall be brought to its notice, at the instance of the petitioner, by passing an appropriate order at an early date.
Disposed of, accordingly.
