SUDIP AHLUWALIA, J. (ORAL) Seen the Report dated 7th January, 2021 sent up by the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, from which it transpires that no amicable settlement could be arrived at between the parties. 2.

As already noted in Para No.3 of the previous order passed by this Court on 8th September, 2020, investigation in the case had already been completed and regular bail bonds on behalf of the Petitioner had already been furnished before the Ld. Trial Court on 6th August, 2020, on account of which the present Petition had effectively been rendered infructuous. 3.

This Court nevertheless in the interest of justice considering the nature of relationship between the parties had referred the matter to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court for the purpose of effecting DEEPAK KUMAR 2021.01.12 03:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.20818 of 2020 -2an amicable resolution of the dispute between them, if possible. But even that has not materialized.

No further order therefore needs to be passed in the matter. The Petition is thus disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. 5.
