***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.80, dated 28.07.2009, registered at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that FIR in question has been registered against the petitioner as the daughter of the complainant had got married to the brother of the petitioner against the wishes of her family members. Petitioner could not appear before the trial Court because of illness of her father who had later died. However, petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court. The next date before the trial Court is 17.12.2015. Petitioner had

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial Court on or before 17.12.2015, she be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
