***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 24.08.2018 registered under Section 306 IPC, Police Station GRP Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
