(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of FIR No.42 dated 12.04.2014 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 306/34 IPC at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat, order of framing of charges dated 24.12.2014 (Annexure P-2) and charge-sheet (Annexure P-3).
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bijender Singh, has informed that petitioner Nos.1 and 4 have since been convicted whereas petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have already been acquitted by the trial Court and the present petition has been rendered infructuous, which may be Naresh Kumar 2016.12.03 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh dismissed as such.
