Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer/learned Area Judicial Magistrate and move an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner surrenders before the Investigating Officer/learned Area Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, and moves an application for grant of bail, the same shall be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
