*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and recovery has already been effected. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh from Police Station Maqboolpura. He admits the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and recovery of currency notes of the value of Rs.3500/- has been effected from him. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 7.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
