**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents not to call and harass the petitioner and his other family members in police station just because the brother of petitioner namely Charat Singh alias Chandi is wanted by the respondents in relation to some case. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that in case the petitioner or any of his family member is required in some inquiry/investigation, the respondents shall follow the statutory provisions laid down under Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case.
