State Counsel on the previous date to the effect that Challan on the basis of second impugned inquiry has already been presented in the Ld. Trial Court, he wishes to withdraw the present Petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one to seek an appropriate relief in accordance with law in view of the changed circumstances. 2.
