        The writ petition was segregated by the Court, while deciding bunch of writ petitions in CWP-3792-2002.

The petitioner challenged the order dated 26.11.2001 on the ground that it is in violation of the Punjab Educational Service, Class III, (School Cadre) Rules, 1955 as amended on 13.02.1961. The entire selection process initiated vide advertisement dated 29.03.2007 culminated into the final selection. CWP-3792-2002 and other connected writ petitions were all examined and dismissed.
