(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.04 dated 10.01.2026 registered under Sections 21, 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Payal, Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner already stands convicted by the Trial Court.
