(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner on 06.09.2022 through online portal of the transport department for grant of route permit on route Hambran to Jagraon in terms of Chapter V of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioner has also filed representation dated 10.12.2022 followed by a legal notice dated 01.03.2023. but till date the claim of the petitioner has not been adverted to.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner POONAM BHATT 2023.05.25 16:56 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
