(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was allured by respondents No.4 to 9 to hand over a huge amount on the pretext of sending him abroad but they failed to fulfil their promise and duped the petitioner and in this regard petitioner has given representation(s) Annexure P-5 dated 07.04.2022 and Annexure P-6 dated 06.02.2023 but the police authorities failed to taken any action. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural to look into the matter and decide representation(s) (Annexure P-5 and Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner in a time bound manner, in accordance with law.
