(Oral) In the light of the fact that the petitioner on the date of filing of the present petition had already been declared proclaimed offender, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition reserving the right of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for setting aside orders of proclaimed offender and thereafter to move the jurisdiction of this Court for similar relief. Allowed to do so.
