******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Mahinder, who is in custody for the last more than 4 years and 10 months in case bearing FIR No.150 dated 16.06.2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.
Trial in this case is complete. In connected CRM-M-21423 of 2015, pronouncement of judgment was stayed vide order dated 18.05.2016. Since the said petition has been dismissed vide order of even date and trial Court is directed to proceed further in the matter, I find no reason to allow bail to petitioner at this stage.
Dismissed.
