There is recovery of 2976 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 6.10.2015 and due to non-receipt of report of Chemical Examiner, interim regular bail is prayed for.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
