A similar petition i.e. CRM M 42694 of 2016 has been disposed of. In this case an undertaking has been given by respondent No.2 that as per the terms and conditions of the settlement, arrived at between the parties after decision of the pre- arrest bail petition, a sum of Rs. 11 lacs along with the motor cycle will be handed over to petitionercomplainant Navdeep Kaur within a period of 15 days. The petition is disposed of without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach this court again in case there is any violation of the undertaking.
