******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dated 08.04.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Daba, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. (Offence punishable under Section 326 IPC was added later on). Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 22.05.2019 and recovery of weapon has been effected from him. His custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case. In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 03.05.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, JITENDER KUMAR 2019.08.29 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
