***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) The petitioner assails order dated 21.11.2019 passed by District Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib, District Administrative Complex, Fatehgarh Sahib (respondent No.4) vide which an application for grant of parole was declined.

Reply has been filed on behalf of State.

This Court finds that the earlier application for grant of parole was declined more than two years back. In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh before the MOHAN SINGH 2022.07.06 06:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
