Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to count the service period of petitioner from 22.11.2012 to 01.01.2013 as duty period for all intents and purposes because her transfer order dated 16.11.2012, Annexure P-1, from GGSSS Chhachhrauli, Yamuna Nagar to GSSS Jalbera, Ambala, was cancelled vide order dated 27.12.2022, Annexure P-2, and during this period, she remained present on her duty in GGSSS Chhachhrauli, Yamuna Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide her pending representation, dated 20.03.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 20.03.2024, will be decided by AVIN KUMAR 2024.05.22 18:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
