SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.417 dated 14.10.2025, under Sections 109(1), 333, 115(2), 190, 191(3), 324(4), 351(3), 238 (A) of the BNS, 2023 (Sections 307, 452, 323, 149, 148, 427, 506, 201 of IPC, 1860) and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
