Present third petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.33 dated 14.03.2020, under Sections 302, 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda.
