(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the applicant-appellants submitted that the instruction given by the assistant counsel that the unit is running was not correct, as factually it had already been closed in 1998-1999 and seeks correction of the order dated 04.04.2019 to that extent.

In view of the submissions made by senior counsel for the applicant-appellants, the aforementioned factual error is ordered to be corrected and the words "unit is running as the electric connection has been restored" in the first paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2019 shall be read as "unit has already been closed in the year 1998-1999."
