IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH CRM M-4269 of 2016 Date of decision : 11.03.2016 Rajni ....Petitioner V/s State of Punjab & ors.

....Respondents BEFORE : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA

Present:

Mr. Kamal Narula, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJAN GUPTA J.

Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent no. 3 for taking action against respondents no. 4 to 7 in view of her complaint dated 20.11.2015, Annexure P-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite representation submitted by the petitioner no action has been taken thereon. Thus, necessary direction needs to be issued. I am not convinced with the plea. Such a direction would be in the nature of mandamus which this court would normally not issue in its inherent jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C. Dimissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any.
